Grace is the principal and founder of Grace Shieh, P.C. d/b/a Shieh, Lee & Company. Currently, as the managing director of the firm, she is in charge of overall management and administration of the firm, including directing the activities of managerial, professional and support staff, and coordinating manpower needs, among other resources.

Grace has over forty years of experience in various accounting and tax practices, such as individual, corporation, partnership, estate, gift trust and timber taxation, federal, state and labor audit, property protest, and providing business advisory, estate planning and consulting service to both small to mid-size business and individuals.​
